These lambskins come from the Netherlands' last existing tannery and are processed with exceptional craftsmanship and uncompromising quality.
From 1861 to the present day – A rich history
The journey began in 1861 when Sjoerd van Buren founded a hide and wool trading establishment in Oosterlittens. This legacy was carefully passed down from father to son, and in 1903 the company moved to Bolsward, where it still stands today. In 1969 it became a tannery. Sheepskin, wool and leather products were processed into beautiful and functional goods – perfect for decoration and extra comfort in the home.
The proud craftsmanship has been preserved through the generations, while modern innovations have been embraced. The interplay between the experience of the past and the progress of today has made it possible to deliver products that stand for timeless quality and beauty. Each lambskin is a testament to dedication to quality and true craftsmanship.
